Massage to Balance the Body!
A regular client of mine had strayed away from her every two-week massage appointments for a while. She recently returned and is on her regular massage schedule and it is great to have her back. I thought it was interesting when she explained to me how she was “feeling like she had been in a funk lately” and she realized it was because she had not been in for her massage for almost 8 weeks.
